Twirl Skirt!

Originally had planned on making this skirt for a friend's daughter, but I definitely cut it too small. (Its a 7/8 that really looks like a 5/6 for some reason). Every year his church puts together a U2charist to raise money for World Vision.

Anyway, I'm going to let Maya keep it since she likes it so much!

(Luckily, that same friend has a few more of these shirts lying around so I still be able to make a skirt for his daughter too)!

And yes, that is my lovely new serger in the background! First thing I did was to re-thread it with the thread I purchased this weekend... Then I used it on the skirt, and serging it together was so easy.
