It's Jessie!

While this doesn't follow the Pixar format, this is our little Jessie the Cowgirl. I started with a ladies skirt and a remnant bin piece of palomino faux-suede. Hat/belt/blouse all from Goodwill. My mom and I just winged-it for the vest, so it is a little wonky, but she's happy!
